Estate Agents on OneDome are given roles.

Roles determine which requests the agent will receive for their branches area of operation. 

The possible roles are: 

Sales Agent: An agent with this role will receive 'book viewing' requests for 'sale' properties within the agent's branch. 

Sales Valuer: An agent with this role will receive sales 'book valuation' requests for postcodes within the agent's branch. 

Lettings Agent: An agent with this role will receive 'book viewing' requests for 'lettings' properties within the agent's branch. 

Letting Valuer: An agent with this role will receive all lettings 'book valuation' requests for postcodes within the agent's branch. 

Superuser: An agent with this role can edit the company information of your account, invite new members of staff and update operational postcodes. 

Agents can have multiple roles and these can be updated at any time.
