Once a viewing has taken place, OneDome will automatically ask your potential buyer or tenant to leave feedback or make an offer.

Feedback includes a number of questions where users can rate both property and agent between 1-5 stars.

This will not only save you time following up after a viewing, but we will also chase them, if they have not responded after 24 hours.

All results will be shown on the transaction view, in the messaging section:

To view all feedbacks for a specific property, simply click on the star icon or total number of feedbacks under property title (as shown on the screenshot above).
