The home buying process is one of the most stressful experiences people go through. Our aim is to make it better for everybody.
Agents have become reliant on portals that charge ever-increasing fees for listing properties. The more agents list, the stronger these portals become, the more they charge. It is a vicious circle that inevitably leads to higher and higher costs for agents.
Our approach is different. We believe that listing a property for sale should be free for agents. Consequently, we pledge to offer property listings free for 100 years.
Instead of charging agents for listing, we simply share the revenues from providing consumers with services they need such as conveyancing, mortgages, insurance, utility switches and more. Our aim is to be the property portal that pays you, the agent. Because we only make money when you do, our interests are aligned.
We are tackling other problems too. For consumers, we believe that current search is inflexible. So, we are introducing free text searching, similar to how one searches on Google, and backing this up with unique research tools built around home movers needs. For conveyancers, we are offering a marketplace to generate leads and a unique integrated case handling system that automatically generates updates for clients and agents alike.
For all parties—consumers, agents, solicitors and mortgage providers—the fundamental challenge is communication. We hope that, by connecting all parties via our digital platform, providing transparent and timely information, and delivering the right services at the right time throughout the transaction, we will help to make property transactions better for everybody.
