Agents on OneDome have the option to accept or decline viewing and valuation requests.
Declining a request sends a notification to the customer, informing them there request has been declined.
Note: Declining a request also removes it from the calendar of all other agents that have received it.
Please ensure no other member of your team can accept the request, or that there is a valid reason for declining (e.g it’s spam) as after you have declined there no way to retrieve their contact information.
It is best practice for agents to ensure all information about the customer is entered into the CRM before accepting or declining a request.
