OneLead is an autoresponder product that catches email enquiries from portals and provides the customer with an immediate reply. The email response will include a call to action button that drives prospective buyers to the relevant listing page on the agent’s site. There the customer will be able to book a viewing for the property 24/7 directly into the agent’s calendar. The system also helps to identify if the customer is a vendor as well by inviting them to book a valuation with the same agent.
To enable autoresponder you need to setup email auto-forwarding for email from portals to your unique autoresponder email address.
Obtain your unique autoresponder email address
Step 1. Go to company settings
Step 2. Copy your unique autoresponder email address
Setup email auto-forwarding for Outlook (Office 365 or Office Online)
Step 1. Navigate to "Inbox rules" section in your branch email account which receives leads from portals. To do that, go to Settings ⚙︎ > Options; In Options, select Organise email > Inbox rules. Or, in Options, under MAIL > Automatic processing, select Inbox rules. For more see instructions here.
Step 2. Create new rule.
Step 3. Add new condition matching sender's address to "Rightmove User Manager" (for RightMove) or "firstname.lastname@example.org" (for Zoopla).
Step 4. Add new action to forward email to your unique email address (address on the screenshot is for illustration only, replace it with the one you obtained at the previous step)
Step 5. Click "OK" to save and activate new rule. Summary will be shown.
