Step 1. Follow the link provided in the email from firstname.lastname@example.org and register.
Step 2. Complete your profile: adding a photo, description, and calendar working hours*.
*Calendar working hours will be displayed on your website as available for booking requests.
Tip: for more details on to how to set and update your calendar availability for bookings please see: this article.
Step 3. Your account is complete. Now you can see which of your colleagues are in your branch and which have accepted their invites.
Tip: Remind any of your colleagues with 'invite pending' to set up their profiles!
