Sometimes, not all staff want to be available for bookings from customers. However, these staff may want to be active on the system to oversee general management of the OneDome platform and make any required changes: such as inviting new staff, editing company details, and changing descriptions.
To do this, a user must be allocated only as a "Superuser" role and not any other roles such as negotiator or valuer.
Step 1. Login to your account and go to the Main Menu > Company > "Branches & Staff" page.
Step 2. Find the relevant branch for the member of staff who doesn't want to receive bookings. Click on the pencil icon next to the user's roles.
Step 3. Remove all "Agent" and "Valuer" roles.
